The third course learning outcome, in my opinion, allowed us to stay focused on our work and its message, which is incredibly crucial in engineering work. For example, we had to bear in mind throughout the Proposal that we wanted our audience to be convinced that our plan of action would be beneficial and worth the time and money to test. In order to accomplish this, we wanted our audience to be convinced of the potential of our work when we wrote our proposal. In a technical description, you must explain a product without being biased toward it, therefore I would determine the audience I need to target and explain all of the benefits a product would provide them in their daily lives to the best of my ability.
